Home Networking
What is home networking?
The term network is used to describe when there is more than one PC or computing device connected to the same intenet connection.
A home network normally consists of an internet modem, a router (sometimes the modem and router are one unit), and more than one computer or computing device.
A printer can also be a part of the home network and any device connected in that network can print to it.
If you have an older PC that still works, but is not adequate for your average computing needs, we can turn that PC into a home server that can store important files, pictures, or movies in a common place that is also accessible by all of the devices connected to the network.
If you are interested in creating a home network or expanding your current one, let us know and we can assist.
